Seaford Head Pool - Wednesday evenings & Friday late afternoons/evenings
- Lewes Leisure Centre Pool - Thursday evenings
- Seahaven Pool (Newhaven) - Sunday evenings

Swimming for the Summer Term commences on Sunday 15th April and will end on Sunday 22nd July.
All sessions at Newhaven will start at 5.45 p.m. on 15th Apr, 3rd Jun, 10th Jun and 22nd Jul.
Club Champs this term will be held on Sundays 20th May and 17th Jun.
There will be no swimming during half-term (Mon 4th – Fri 8th Jun) nor on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May.
